7baji Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 7baji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 7baji website located at https://7baji.net and all associated services, products, and features available thereon.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, depositing funds, placing any bet, or playing any game on the 7baji platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them;
• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• All information you have provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must stop using the 7baji platform immediately. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of your agreement with 7baji.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The 7baji platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform. This restriction is absolute — there are no exceptions.

By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. 7baji reserves the right to request documentary evidence of your age at any time. If you are unable to satisfactorily verify your age, your account will be suspended and any balance held pending investigation.

If it is established that a player is under 18 years of age:

• The account will be permanently closed with immediate effect;
• All deposits made to the account will be refunded to the original payment method;
• All winnings and bonus credits accumulated will be forfeited in full;
• 7baji may report the matter to appropriate authorities where required by law.

In addition to the age requirement, you must not be a resident of or located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or where 7baji does not hold appropriate permissions to operate. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 7baji does not accept liability for any use of the platform in contravention of local laws.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on the 7baji platform, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. The following rules govern account registration and maintenance:

One Account Per Player: Each individual may register and maintain only one active account on the 7baji platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the first registered will be closed, and any balances or bonuses in those accounts will be forfeited.

Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 7baji will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. KYC Verification: All accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You will be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document (National ID card or passport) and proof of residential address before your first withdrawal is processed. 7baji may request KYC documentation at any stage. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 7baji may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

Account Currency: All accounts on the 7baji platform operate in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

7baji supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for the Bangladesh market. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳500 for bank transfer and card-based methods. There are no deposit fees charged by 7baji on any payment method, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Our target processing time for bKash and Nagad withdrawals is 15 minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank are typically completed within one to three business hours. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees — delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or when additional verification is required.

Withdrawal to Original Method: All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit. 7baji does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering and is strictly enforced.

KYC Requirement for Withdrawals: No withdrawal will be processed until your account has passed full KYC verification. Ensure that your identity documents are submitted and approved before requesting a withdrawal to avoid delays.

Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily/weekly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. 7baji reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion.

Declined Deposits: If a deposit is declined by your payment provider, do not attempt to deposit repeatedly in quick succession. Contact 7baji support for assistance. 7baji is not responsible for funds lost or delayed as a result of errors made by third-party payment providers.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

7baji offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Independence Day. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions:

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. This means that before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn, you must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the promotion) a stated number of times using real-money bets. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.

Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Unless specifically stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Any attempt to claim a bonus multiple times through the use of multiple accounts or different payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute differently toward satisfying wagering requirements. For example, slot games may contribute 100% of each bet toward the wagering requirement, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's individual terms.

Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated time window, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically. Expiry windows are stated in each promotion's individual terms.

Right to Withdraw Promotions: 7baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn while you are in the process of satisfying its wagering requirements, your remaining wagering progress will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 7baji platform, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and all other game formats:

Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 7baji. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation from the platform. In the event of a technical fault or communication error during the bet placement process, 7baji reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to your account.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may vary by event, market, and account tier.

Odds Changes: For sports betting, odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. 7baji uses real-time odds feeds and cannot be held liable for odds that change between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is accepted.

Void Bets: 7baji reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a pricing error, system malfunction, manipulation of the event outcome, or any other irregularity that compromises the integrity of the market. Voided bets result in the return of the original stake to your account balance.

Live Betting: In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and reopening at any time during a live event. Bets placed on suspended markets will be rejected. 7baji does not guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets during any event.

Game Fairness: All casino games, slots, and crash games available on the 7baji platform are provided by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These providers operate under their own regulatory frameworks and fairness certifications. 7baji does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer mechanics as applicable.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7baji platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may result in legal action:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional structures.
• Match Fixing and Collusion: Betting on events where you have inside knowledge of a predetermined outcome, or colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the result of any bet or game.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to a deposit made to your 7baji account. Any such action will result in immediate account closure and recovery proceedings for the disputed amount.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human input.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, pricing mistake, or system malfunction on the platform. Any winnings derived from known errors will be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using the 7baji platform to launder funds or process transactions associated with illegal activity. 7baji is required to report suspicious financial activity to appropriate authorities.
• Underage Access: Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by any person under the age of 18.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

7baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the platform;
• Evidence that the account belongs to a player under 18 years of age;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player;
• Court order, regulatory requirement, or instruction from a law enforcement body;
• The player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, 7baji will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder and to complete its review in a timely manner. Where the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the account will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms — for example, at the player's own request or due to a regulatory restriction — any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your 7baji account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Please note that closing your account does not automatically trigger a withdrawal of any remaining balance — you must request a withdrawal separately before or after submitting your closure request.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7baji's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7baji shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss, regardless of how they arise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Loss arising from interruption to the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our control;
• Loss arising from delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.);
• Loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure;
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental loss of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The 7baji platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards on your own device.

10 Changes to These Terms

7baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify active account holders via the email address registered to their account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of the 7baji platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure.

Where a change to these Terms materially and adversely affects your rights, we will endeavour to provide at least seven days' advance notice before the change takes effect. For minor amendments — such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or non-material restructuring — changes may take effect immediately upon publication.
